We felt relaxed here, and the location was perfect for rest and enjoyment. The common areas were pleasant and well kept, and the facilities were complete and working. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, very clean and elegantly decorated, with a luxurious feel. The hotel was amazing in every way. Staff were friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. It went beyond what we expected. We'll recommend it and come back!
We had a great view of the mountains from our room during our week here in September. I was pleasantly surprised by both the room and the hotel's central location. Even though it's close to everything, the nights are quiet and we slept comfortably. We were trying to see as much of the island as we could in the short time we had, so we didn't get to try the pool, food or coffee. People were always at the bar, so it must all be delicious. We'll definitely be back next year. It had everything we needed: clean, calm and very well located.
I've been coming here since 2010 and have had an amazing time on every visit. The gardens, pool and rooms are always clean and well kept, and the hotel is in a great location. The staff are friendly and so helpful. They'll do whatever they can to look after guests and help make the holiday a great one. It's a relaxing stay and a great experience. I'll definitely be back next year 💜
We had a nice week here in mid July. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are kept clean, and the restaurant and pool are very nice. The room itself was pretty basic. The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable, and it was almost impossible to shower without flooding it. We could cook, but there was no cutlery. Air conditioning at €50 a week was more than we expected, so we kept the windows open to get some relief from the heat. With the way the hotel is laid out, half the guests can see right into your room when the curtains are open. The beds were comfortable and could be pushed together, there was plenty of space for our luggage, and the room was nicely cleaned every day. Towels were changed every two days. The location is right on the main road through Malia. You can rent a motor vehicle all over the place. There's an amazing bakery twenty seconds away on foot, a bus stop two minutes away and a supermarket three minutes away. The walk to the beach takes about fifteen minutes and passes lots of bars, restaurants, clubs and souvenir shops. Old Town Malia is about two minutes away, with lots of beautiful restaurants and delicious food.
The apartment was awful, the bed felt like a rock, and the air conditioning was broken. Staff said it would explode if we set it below 22 degrees, which isn't true. They were just being cheap, and the air conditioning made us sick by the second day. Staff were rude and took black money for the air conditioning and more. We tested it, and the room was never cleaned. The cleaners stole things, and we have proof, so don't leave your belongings out. The bathroom was terrible, with water flowing everywhere, no way to shower and not even any toilet paper. We had to clean everything ourselves. The kitchen equipment was old and dirty, and it wasn't clean when we arrived. The pool was filthy and full of dirt. When we checked in, we had to wait an hour because the floor was wet, then carry all our bags and suitcases up double the stairs. You get what you pay for, I guess, but this was the worst hotel I've ever visited.
