The room was old, and under the bed we found leftover dirt from previous guests, including cigarette butts, toothbrushes and tissues. The bathroom reeked of urine, the shower was dirty and worn, and the facilities didn’t look like the booking photos. It was clear the room hadn’t had a proper clean in a long time. Breakfast was a joke: one slice of ham, one slice of cheese, and no coffee or water included. We’d paid for it but ended up asking for just coffee because the meal was pointless. You could get a better breakfast in a hospital. Air conditioning cost an extra €10 a day. After checking other reviews that mentioned money missing from rooms, we asked staff not to enter ours while we were out and kept our valuables with us. This hotel wasn’t what it advertised. We left feeling deeply disappointed and deceived, and I’d never recommend it.

Breakfast was the low point: two dry slices of bread, margarine instead of butter, one slice each of ham and cheese, and no coffee or water included. I’ve never encountered that at a hotel before. The pool loungers were dirty and clearly not maintained. The room had stained sheets and towels, a broken toilet seat, curtains that looked decades old and damaged doors. There was no soap, shower gel or hairdryer. The ancient fridge gave off extra heat, and air conditioning cost more. Its unit was oddly placed on the balcony, making it unbearably hot out there. We’d asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together. The hotel felt neglected and outdated, and didn’t meet even basic standards for comfort or cleanliness. It wasn’t worth the money. The walls were so thin I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to rest. The old spring mattress was terribly uncomfortable, and sleeping was almost impossible. I also read Google reviews after arriving and saw several complaints about theft from rooms, so I carried all my money with me. Not exactly relaxing. The room was dirty, and the electrical outlets looked like they hadn’t been updated in 50 years. Breakfast was awful, as the photos show. With those conditions, this was two-star accommodation at best, yet air conditioning still cost an extra €10 a day. A terrible stay from start to finish. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

Breakfast was a sad little spread: two pieces of toast, some ham and cheese, a small bit of cake, butter and jam, plus an extra hair for free. And they called it all-inclusive. The rooms and bathroom were filthy, and when guests brought up problems, the confident staff had no solutions and acted like it was our fault. Air conditioning was available for €10 a day, presumably their luxury air. The location was dirty and ugly, despite being called picturesque. Terrible food, dirty rooms, arrogant staff. Money down the drain. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
