Eurohotel Katrin Suites-Adults Only

The people are what made Katrin Suites so memorable. By the end, we felt like part of the family and were already planning another visit. Thank you to everyone, we miss you already! From Karl, Lucy, Lizzie and John (The Yates family). Mr Konstantinos, the hotel manager, made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. He checked in personally, kept us laughing and was always around with a friendly smile. You can see how proud he is of the hotel and team. Maria and Kostas at reception were lovely and friendly, and Maria was so helpful and always made us laugh. Andi, Kostas and Lambros made the fresh to order omelettes and pancakes at breakfast delicious, and the breakfast was a highlight every day, with lots of fresh variety. Stella was lovely to chat with at the pool bar, while Zinon made our evenings there special and was so attentive. The room service staff were lovely and friendly, too. From the warm welcome at arrival to the helpful staff who would arrange transport, share local tips or make sure we had what we needed to relax, the hospitality was genuine. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the hotel had everything we needed. It was an absolute dream from start to finish.

The team made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. When we arrived, there were sandwiches and champagne waiting, our bags were taken up, and ten minutes later Zinon brought a fruit platter. He’s a brilliant bartender who can make any cocktail. At reception, K!onstantinos and Maria were helpful, chatty and genuinely interested in how our holiday was going. Zinon always greeted us with a smile and made my wife feel special on her 50th birthday. The team decorated our room with flowers, balloons and a cake for her, too. We’ll definitely be back after such an unforgettable stay. Katrin suites is a small, quiet hotel for adults only, and the rooms are well equipped. We had room 308, an executive suite with a private pool, which was a very special birthday surprise. The room was big and open plan, and the private pool area felt special.

The rooms are very noisy and not in great condition. Breakfast was okay to good, and the breakfast staff were friendly.

The setting is peaceful and lovely, and the room was spotlessly clean. The rooms are great, though a few minor repairs may be needed. Wonderful service, with absolutely fantastic staff who make your stay special. They really make this place.
