Our spacious room had a balcony facing the sea, and the location was right on the beach, close to all the good restaurants, bars, and clubs. We absolutely loved our time at the Pleasure Beach Hotel in Malia. The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

The host was an absolute sweetheart and jumped in straight away when we had a problem with our room. The beach bar staff were really sweet and helpful too, and the food was delicious. Our room and view were lovely, though it looked a little different from the booking pictures, which is why we gave four stars. The pool seemed small at first but was actually pretty big once you got in. There aren’t real supermarkets close by, so keep in mind it’s a 10-15 minute walk to one. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and would come back.

Breakfast by the sea was amazing, and the staff were super friendly. The room was cozy, with a lovely sea view. The pool is small but just enough, and it’s handy that there’s an elevator and parking. I’d definitely stay here again!

We told the hotel well ahead of time that we needed to cancel and asked about a refund, but they offered neither a refund nor any flexibility. We’d booked the *Pleasure Beach Hotel* through Booking.com a month earlier, then our flight was canceled because of the security situation in Israel and we couldn’t travel. In a clear force majeure situation, the response felt lacking in empathy and basic human decency. A very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were clean, with roomy balconies and amazing views. They were quiet too, and the beach was an easy walk away. What an amazing stay! Special thanks for making us the most wonderful breakfast the day before we left early the next morning and would otherwise have missed it.
