PHOENIX apartment near the airport

The room was gorgeous, with lovely decor that felt put together with care. We asked where to eat, and the recommendation was the best food we’ve ever had, at such a low price that I’d gladly have paid more. We booked at the last minute and were welcomed with more kindness than we could have expected. Thank you, Pheonix Apartment, for being so generous and kind.

Terry was so caring and kept in touch throughout, which helped me feel safe and looked after. I’m especially grateful she welcomed me late at night when I’d booked just a couple of hours before landing. The room was clean and spacious, with several amenities, plus snacks, coffee, water, and wine in the fridge. Thank you, Terry. I’ll always appreciate your generosity.

I was travelling alone on a delayed late flight from London and didn’t land until 4am, but Terry stayed in touch the whole time and made sure I was okay. I never felt stressed about the delay, thanks to her. Her husband Stavros picked me up in a very comfortable car, and Terry welcomed me to the apartment with a big smile. The apartment was lovely and clearly cleaned to a very high standard. There was water, juice, tea, coffee, and even a bottle of wine. Terry offered breakfast, but I was exhausted, so she packed me some croissants to take along. Stavros also drove me right up to my boat at the ferry port. After the flight delay and morning ferry, I still left feeling happy and cared for. I wish I’d stayed longer. I’ve never had customer care like this, and I’d absolutely book again.

Terry kept me informed throughout, and she was extremely helpful. My family and I needed a night near the airport before our flight the next day, and this worked perfectly, about a 15-minute ride away. The place was exceptionally clean and accommodating.
