The meals were a real highlight. There was so much choice, and the quality was probably the best we've had at a package hotel. We also enjoyed the relaxed evening entertainment on most nights, and the TUI Blue staff were friendly, always greeting us and ready to help. We picked Palazzo Del Mare after spending hours looking for a TUI Blue package holiday, and it turned out to be a great choice for our first one. Our flight was late, so we checked in in the early hours. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a superior swim-up room, where the staff had left cold meats and cheeses for us after the long journey. The room was spacious and spotless, with a huge, comfortable bed that meant we both slept brilliantly throughout the holiday. We loved having two private sun loungers and direct access to the main pool. It felt a little cold at first, but was refreshing once we got in. The beach was a short walk across a very quiet road, and we loved watching the sunsets there. This was one of our best holidays, and we'd happily come back. We enjoyed it so much we've already booked another TUI Blue package holiday for later in the year.

The staff were lovely and worked hard to make our holiday special. We had excellent service, great food, and a nice show with cocktails after dinner each evening. It was our first time in Kos, and we had a room with direct access to the main pool. The days were so peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of time to swim and rest. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely return.

The massage therapist Frosini was a real gem. She helped ease my back pain twice during pregnancy, and I haven't had a massage that good in a long time. We loved the calm feel of the hotel, the island, and how close the beach was. The friendly staff and chance to properly unwind were just what we wanted for our week. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

We were upgraded when we arrived to a junior suite with a jacuzzi and sea view. The place is lovely, with nice rooms near a sandy beach, and all the employees are very kind and provide good service.

The manager came by himself to check that I was all right after I walked straight into the glass balcony door not long after arriving. I was a bit banged up, but the staff looked after me right away. Their care had me feeling at home again quickly, even with my nose swollen and a big smile on my face. The rooms were top-notch, the grounds were lovely, and the food was fantastic. The hotel was also so clean that I mistook the closed door for an open one! Thanks for a stay I'll remember. See you next time.
