We’ve been here for over a week now, and it was the right choice for our two-week stay along the coast. We found Iris Apartments after Grekis' owner in Petalidi recommended it, since they were already fully booked. Arranging things by email with owner Litsa was quick, smooth, and detailed. It’s a simple, clean place at a fair price, with parking, Wi-Fi, a small kitchenette, a living room, and a bedroom. There are a few good places to eat nearby, including Hellas, and two supermarkets. The beaches are lovely. To the left, there’s a long pebbly stretch with warm water and no crowds at the start of July. To the right, it’s a five-minute walk to a spot where you can be practically alone, with at least three great coves for swimming and enjoying the water, air, and sun. You can have breakfast on the terrace or balcony, then wind down with a glass of wine and just the sound of waves a few steps from the house. I’d recommend visiting the many interesting places around, from Kalamata and Ancient Messinia to Koroni, Pylos, and Methoni. I warmly recommend Iris Apts, and efxaristo to Litsa for being such a welcoming, friendly host. Geia sas kai sto kalo!

The sea view is magnificent, and it only takes a few steps down to get into the water. It’s such a quiet, lovely place to relax. Thank you for the warm welcome, Litsa, Pavlos, Gala, Mavros & Mavromiti!

The apartments are spacious and very clean, with big balconies in a beautiful spot right by the sea. It’s quiet and relaxing, and the village center, with its bars and restaurants, is a short walk away. Litsa and Pavlos were warm, friendly people with lovely smiles, and it was a pleasure meeting them. I’d love to come back soon.

I loved having the feline visitors around, and the views and sound of the waves from the balcony were wonderful. My sister and I spent a week here, and what a fabulous place it was. There was lots of space and everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and they changed the towels halfway through our stay. The owners were lovely and helpful with everything. It’s a peaceful spot for a quiet stay in authentic Greece. There are plenty of restaurants, a little supermarket with all you need, and a great beach bar a short walk along the beach. The sunbeds are free if you eat or drink there. 100% recommended, what a great find! 💖

The views were fantastic, and the ocean was right outside our door. We loved the location, the quiet, and the authentic taverns within walking distance. There’s also a small supermarket that was more than satisfactory. The cleaning was spot on, with fresh towels and bed linen. Sweet Litsa and Pavlos, thanks again for making Iris Apartments feel like home. We enjoyed every minute and will recommend staying with you to all our friends. Hope to see you both again.
