The staff were kind and very friendly, and breakfast was great. Our room was spacious and very clean, in a beautiful building with local stone outside and wood inside. We were completely satisfied with every part of the hotel.

The rooms were cosy, and the hotel felt very friendly. The internet was a bit patchy, but everything else was perfect.

Lovely setting and a nice owner. I'd have given it five stars if there had been parking.

We only asked whether cancelling the booking might be possible, and we had documented that it was just an inquiry. The hotel cancelled our reservation anyway and now refuses to return our €300.00. This is total disrespect toward guests!

The owner is cheerful, very kind, and eager to help, and the kids are always friendly and smiling. At breakfast they make Greek or French coffee, and there's plenty to eat. The rooms were spotless and spacious, among the cleanest we've stayed in despite travelling often. Metsovo parking can be a bit tricky, but if you leave the car somewhere during off-peak hours, you won't need it again since everything is close by. A great spot in the center of Metsovo. We'll definitely come back!
