That sunrise from the balcony was hard to beat, and breakfast each morning was delicious. We spent 10 days at Hotel Casto and felt at home from the start, thanks to Yiannis and the rest of the warm, professional staff. Yiannis also pointed us toward great food, sights, and hidden spots we wouldn't have found ourselves. The room had an appealing local character, and town's restaurants and attractions were only a quick walk away. We really didn't want to leave and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

At €110, I didn't think the room was worth it at all. For €60, I might have felt differently. The toilet wouldn't flush properly and took about 10 minutes to refill. The TV had no signal, and the air conditioner was very loud right above our heads, so it either blew cold air on us or we had to switch it off and sweat. The owner was friendly, polite, and informative, and there were plenty of parking spaces out front. The building is old, but that was fine since we'd seen the photos before booking.

The balcony views are shown in the pictures, and the host was wonderful. Breakfast was great too. The bathroom had a sewage problem, though, and there is no elevator. Without those two issues, I'd give it five stars.

Yianni gave fantastic service, and everything was very clean. The location made it easy to walk everywhere, and breakfast was awesome. I'd definitely come back and highly recommend it.
