The staff are friendly and know the area well, so ask them for suggestions. This hotel makes a good base: Monemvasia is about 35 mins away, and Elafonissos is just over an hour. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection that included lots of local food, and you can enjoy it looking out over the sea. The sea views are lovely, too. Watching the sunset from the balcony is amazing, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves is so relaxing.

The staff were warm and helpful, and their tips about the area made our stay extra special. We also loved the delicious breakfast, made with locally sourced ingredients. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and Elea Mare is in a beautiful spot with stunning sea views. It was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it.

Greg was a huge help with planning our 17-person group trip from a distance. His management made organizing everything really easy. He was available by email and phone 24/24 and 7/7, speaks Italian and English perfectly, and knows the area well enough to suggest places based on what you're looking for. He brought good energy from breakfast onwards, and he and his staff were extremely kind to everyone, from the oldest to the youngest, including when we had personal needs. We'll definitely return soon. Elea Mare is about 4/5 m from the shore, and every room has a terrace facing the sea. The view and sunset over the gulf are exceptional. Breakfast runs from 08 to 12, with a generous sweet and savory buffet for all tastes. There were excellent local products, including fresh fruit, homemade cakes, yogurt, honey, and jams. The bedrooms are spacious, with king-size beds, and the linen and cleaning were perfect. Each room also has a small kitchenette and refrigerator, plus a little table on the private sea-view terrace, so you can dine in your room.

The peaceful, comfortable atmosphere, lovely breakfasts, and seafront views made our five days at Elea Mare Hotel truly special. Gregor's hospitality was exceptional, and we left with unforgettable memories. We loved every bit of our stay. Elea Mare Hotel in Peloponnese is a hidden gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an idyllic Greek vacation.
