Liotrivi Boutique Hotel

Our family of four stayed for a couple of nights while we organized our little one’s Christening. The event was held outside in the olive tree garden, and the kids loved it. The staff were kind and helpful the whole time. Everything we ate was stunning, from breakfast and lunch to the food at our event. There was a good wine selection too. The food is genuinely homemade from scratch, and I absolutely recommend the place.

Look out for the old olive mill at reception, the antique furniture, and the classical music playing in the yard. The estate is lovingly kept, with so much care in the details, and it’s a beautiful place to unwind among olive trees. There’s wine and olive oil tasting, plus lovely dinner and breakfast. It’s also well placed for visiting Monemvasia, the beaches, and fish taverns.

We were really disappointed by the breakfast. Wasps filled the dining area, so it was impossible to enjoy the meal, and the food was poor quality with few choices. The room also wasn’t cleaned properly, with dirt and dust around, and the bedding felt unclean and uncomfortable. The hotel has charm and character, but there were few amenities. The furniture was worn and dated, and the bathroom badly needed renovation. Poor service and maintenance let the place down, and the lack of attention to detail was frustrating. We wouldn’t recommend Liotrivi Historical Mansion & Boutique Hotel and won’t return.

A comfortable room with great rooms and excellent bethroabs, plus five-star amenities. Breakfast is genuinely handmade, and you can enjoy it in peace among the olive trees. The staff are super kind. This place is the real thing and a destination in its own right. Definitely recommended.
