The staff and owner were very polite, the view was lovely, WiFi was stable, and there was a smart TV. The location is good, close to the center. There are modern cameras throughout, which could be useful in case of theft. The property prohibits pets, which will suit guests who value cleanliness. Hot water was sufficient. The price was quite high for the old condition of the installation and furniture, though still lower than most other hotels in the area. The water heater was extremely old, and the bathroom sink had an impractical vintage mixer with two handles. There were no window screens, so insects got in, making the stay prohibitive for anyone afraid of or bothered by them. Blackout curtains were used instead of shutters, but a lot of morning light still came in. The lack of shutters would also affect security if we weren’t on the second floor. Even there, it was very easy for the neighboring tenant to cross the balcony divider. The air conditioner had layers of dust on top and its filters hadn’t been washed. The furniture was very old, and the shower curtains stuck to you once the water was on.
