What a terrible experience. I booked through agoda and they asked for full payment upfront with no refund. Then they cancelled my booking without informing me. I arrived at the airport at 22:30 pm and paid €30 for a private transfer to the hotel. After all the trouble, by 0:00 I asked if I could stay for 4 hrs and then call a taxi to oia. Their manager told me I couldn't stay anywhere on their property. Agoda said no refund could be promised. They even made me walk half an hour through the countryside at midnight back to the airport.

The hotel is fairly modern, with a nice balcony and a quiet location away from the chaos. There were a few design and installation problems, like the mirror blocking the sink faucet, and the hallways get very noisy if you have loud neighbours. It’s just around the corner from the airport, though the route isn’t really walkable, even if it’s possible.

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless, top-notch clean, and lovely. Rouler was fantastic, though I’m not sure I’ve got her name spelled right. She was especially brilliant and welcoming at breakfast. Maria was very welcoming too, and Tosho and the gentleman at reception were helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good, with a good variety and everything available. It was a good holiday, and I’d recommend the place because it’s easy to get to many places and amenities. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks for everything!

The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast was nice with plenty available. I just wish there were more choices. For the price, it’s excellent for Santorini. The rooms are clean and basic but could use some modernising. It’s a bit out of the way and close to the airport, which didn’t bother me but might bother some people. There’s a mini market nearby and a few decent restaurants right along the beach.

The welcome treat on the kitchen table was a lovely touch, and the staff were some of the best, so welcoming and supportive. It was very quiet and relaxing, and my room was spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed the sea view and had a great vacation at this resort. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone. Come and enjoy your vacation here!
