Lygies Apart Hotel

It's quiet and peaceful here, which is why I'd recommend staying. You will need a car to get anywhere. We had a sea view from our good-sized balcony, which had a table and chairs. The pool was clean and a good size for the number of guests, and we were the only ones using it on most days. The owner was very friendly and helpful. This was our first stay at Lygies, and we'd definitely come back. Rooms and bins were cleaned daily, and the towels and sheets changed every 3 days or so. The rooms were spotlessly clean.

There's a big car park, and outside there's a barbecue station. The terrace has a beautiful view, and the room had everything we needed for an apartment: air conditioning, a fridge and a small cooking area with two plates. The bathroom wasn't the newest, but everything worked. Good location for the price. There's a bakery in the next village, 8 minutes by car. Toward the beach there's a good supermarket and a Greece restaurant, 10 minutes on foot or a short drive. Right on the beach, there's a seafood restaurant, and the sandy beach is nice.

We stayed in room 102, which had a lovely little terrace for breakfast, though it gets very hot in the afternoon. The studio Wi-Fi didn't work, so I had to go outside to get even a minimal connection. There was also a leak in the bathroom. The olive grove itself is very nice, with a pool and all the services we needed: free parking, apartment service 2/week, a kitchen, air conditioning and towels. Trapeziaki beach is more than 1.5 km away, and the supermarket is 800m away. You need a car to do everything.

The rooms were really nice and spacious, maybe the biggest we've had in this price range. The place is peaceful and very pleasant. Trapezaki beach takes a long walk to reach, but the water is clean and shallow, and it's a nice beach. The market is also a long walk, though if you don't mind a bit of exercise, getting around on foot isn't a problem.
