From the reception team to the woman who cleaned our room, everyone at Adorno made me feel at home and cared for. As someone who works in hospitality, I know how much effort that takes, and they made me happy at every step. I stayed there with my best friend in September. Everything was fantastic, from the location to the people who work there. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you again.

We stayed in a Premium Maisonette with a private pool, and wished the water were heated so we could use it when the weather was a little cooler. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. The hotel is right on Adorno beach, with a private entrance that lets you walk straight to the beach.

2/10
Our stay at Adorno was disappointing from start to finish. The airport transfer never arrived, sinks were blocked, there was mould in the shower, and amenities didn’t work. We repeatedly asked for basic items and were ignored. Maintenance staff also came into our private pool area without notice, which breached our privacy. The hotel offered a voucher even after we explained we wouldn’t be returning to Greece, refused a refund, and has since stopped responding. This was incredibly poor service for a property that presents itself as luxury.

The room had a wonderful sea view and was stylish and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious, made to order, and served quickly. The hotel is small, calm, and stylish, with direct access to Ornos Beach. The staff were really nice, helpful, friendly, and polite.

A beautiful hotel, and I loved everything about it. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the fresh breakfast was delicious every day. 10/10!
