Ananea Mykonos-Adults Only Hotel

The accommodation was nothing like the online photos: the advertised “luxury suites” turned out to be small, basic houses far from everything, with steep, unsafe stairs. My daughter fell on those stairs, got hurt, and we had to rush to the hospital. The hotel didn't apologize, help, or even acknowledge what happened. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and racist from the start, and I saw them mistreat both guests and their own employees. The whole atmosphere felt heavy and unpleasant. Instead of a relaxing holiday, we spent a week stressed and humiliated. The restaurant and shared spaces were just as appalling. The food was disgusting, badly cooked, and inedible, and we saw mice inside the restaurant. The drinks were cheap and low quality too. Nothing about eating there was acceptable for a place claiming to be a high-standard hotel. I've traveled a lot, but never had such a disastrous hotel experience. This place felt like an absolute scam and doesn't deserve even one star. I also believe it runs a fraudulent review system, flooding the internet with fake positive reviews to bury the real ones. Every guest we spoke with on-site agreed it was a scam and a disgrace. There was no care, responsibility, or service. This hotel is dangerous and dishonest and should be reported. For your safety, health, and holiday, stay away. Mykonos is beautiful, but this hotel will ruin the experience. Don't make the same mistake we did.
