The restaurant is beautiful, the view is great, and the food was good, but the swimming area felt horribly unsafe. Less than 20 feet from the beach, in water only up to our knees, there’s an old sea wall with no markings. It cut my family’s hands and feet badly. When we came out bleeding, the workers said they knew about it, but management hadn’t taken note. Don’t swim here. What an elegant tourist trap.

There were four of us and we weren’t very hungry, so we started with a couple of dishes and a bottle of wine. We ordered a couple more once we tasted the food. Every plate was carefully made, creative, full of flavor, and excellent quality. Chef Emiliano Lesi really impressed us. The setting is lovely, with a great atmosphere for a romantic evening, and the service was excellent too. If you want a gourmet meal and aren’t concerned about the cost, we strongly recommend it. It came to about €50 per person for a meal and alcoholic drinks, and it was worth every penny to us. Hope the food and service keep wowing people. Great location, too. 👌👌👌👌👌

A big plus is being able to use the pool and bar at Mykonos Bay hotel, since Karavas apartments is its sister property. You can also use the hotel’s loungers and umbrellas on the beach. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, and arranged an airport pickup and a drop-off at the port when we arrived and left. The apartments are clean and in a very good location. Megali Ammos beach is about 150m away, and Mykonos Bay hotel is around 100m away. It takes roughly 15 minutes to walk to Mykonos town centre. A wonderful place that I’d gladly recommend.

The service was exceptional and went beyond what I expected. The reception staff and the coffee server were very friendly and kind. The apartment was large, though the bathtub was small, and the daily room cleaning could have been a little better.
