The veranda was a favorite spot for me: it's shared, but other guests were usually out enjoying the island, so I had plenty of room to work on my laptop and watch the sunset. The view over Mykonos town is amazing, and in my experience better than places costing ten times as much. Since the view matters most to me, that alone makes these apartments stand out. I've been visiting Mykonos since I was a kid in 1985 and still come often for business. My company is in Ibiza, where I also live most of the time. After a long break from this kind of warm, old-school hospitality, staying here felt like the Mykonos I loved years ago. Katerina and her mother Maria are lovely and always ready to help. They cleaned daily, brought fresh towels, and changed the sheets when needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a brand new bathroom. The neighborhood is peaceful and well placed for getting around without a lot of the traffic. Restaurants, cafes, and one of the island's biggest supermarkets are within walking distance. Everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. Maria-Katerina Apartments will be my first choice when I stay in Mykonos again. Thanks for everything, and I hope to visit soon! 🙏🏼

The terrace is the real highlight. You get an amazing sunset right there each evening, so who needs the sunset bar when you're staying with Katerina? The apartment itself is basic and self-catering, but spacious and faultless for us, with comfortable beds, fresh towels, and a great shower. Everything was clean, and the hospitality and attention were spot on. I'd happily recommend it and come back.

It's a 15-minute walk into town, and the view is amazing. The apartments are simple and a bit dated, but kept clean and tidy. The hostess was lovely, warm, and helpful.

What makes this place work so well is the location. It's about 1 km outside the traffic, queues, and narrow streets of the center, so getting there by scooter takes only minutes. We could explore the beaches and the rest of the island without getting stuck in traffic. It's still on a main street, with a supermarket, gas station, and ATMs nearby, unlike countryside spots with steep, cobbled or dirt roads and no facilities. The apartment was cute and comfortable, big enough for a week or longer. We had a superb outdoor space, and the view was even more stunning than the photos. The rooms were very clean, with good daily cleaning too. Maria Katerina was a fantastic host, always available when we needed something. Before we arrived, she promptly answered all our questions and gave us loads of suggestions. When we're back in Mykonos, this is the only place I'll book.

The view across town is lovely, and the apartment is quiet, set a little back from town and the road. Still, everything is only a short walk away. The host was friendly and helpful, and kept the place very clean. Great value, too.
