Super Paradise Hotel

The location is lovely, right on Super Paradise Beach, and the hotel itself is gorgeous. Our rooms were clean and beautifully designed, and the free breakfast was a nice extra. The rest of the staff were warm and welcoming, and I appreciated how kind, respectful, and professional they were. Angela, the manager, was a very different experience. She was rude, condescending, and cruel. My friends and I have taken annual trips for years and have never had such poor service from a manager. There was an error with our Expedia reservation, and when we asked for a reasonable way to sort it out, she refused to help and left us feeling humiliated. In her reply to my review, Angela said we wanted a €270 room for €70. That is completely false. We never asked for a discounted rate. We paid for two full nights, but because of the booking platform’s mistake, we arrived a day early and paid extra for that additional night. The hotel still had the money for the original reservation, and we paid more to stay the first night. We weren’t asking for anything free or discounted. We visited five cities on our multi-city trip and found kindness and professionalism everywhere except here. I’m not making a personal attack, just being honest about how management treated us. The hotel is beautiful, but this experience spoiled what could have been a perfect vacation. I hope they address the management issue. All the other staff were polite and respectful. The reception team made a great first impression, especially Paulina and Theodore, who greeted us with smiles. When my baggage went missing, they went out of their way to contact the airport so I could enjoy the stay. The room was even better in person, and the two bartenders were friendly and made great drinks. Housekeeping and everyone else deserve credit too. Reception also handled transportation and gave us useful information. You can walk down the stairs to the beach club next door, or take the shuttle into old town for five euros per person. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Mykonos. We’ll be back! 🤍

The facilities were excellent and the staff were great. Theodore was especially helpful throughout the process. Staying here gets you a discount at Thalos on the beach, where the fish dishes are a must try. I’d suggest booking a pool view suite.

We loved the chance to swim early in the morning at Super Paradise Hotel. At 6-7 a.m. we were in the water with the fish 🎈 The rooms were clean and nicely designed. The beach isn’t included in the hotel fee, but we found space easily and had a lot of fun with the crazy music. There was live music on Friday night, and the performer was great. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, though reception always helped us call a taxi and suggested some local places.
