Myconian Crown Suites by Mr and Mrs White

Marina, the hotel manager, was exceptionally friendly and helped with all my requests. She even helped arrange a birthday surprise for my girlfriend and always had suggestions for places to go. The suites are really spacious, and the whirlpool was marvelous. Everything was clean, and we had a great experience at myconian crowns suites. We'll visit again.

I loved how peaceful the location was, and the hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the beach. Marina, the manager, greeted us warmly each morning and welcomed us back when we returned, asking how our day went. She called to confirm the transport we'd arranged before arriving in Greece and found us a ride for something we hadn't booked. She also helped when my credit card gave me trouble while arranging a food delivery. Demetria, the housekeeper, was very considerate and did a great job keeping the rooms clean. My only complaint is that coffee and a light snack should be available on site. I'd also suggest the landscaping company trim things better, remove the dead shrubs and add flowers to the planter boxes outside my suite.

Breakfast on the balcony each morning was a lovely touch, with plenty of choices and really good coffee. A list guests could fill in the night before might help avoid wasting food. The nearby beaches are beautiful and just a 5-10 minute walk away, while the hotel itself is quiet and about 20 minutes from Mykonos centre. Everything matched the photos, and both the location and service were great. We had a wonderful stay at Myconian Crown Suites and would definitely recommend it.

The rooms were lovely and spacious, with a beautiful sea view, and the location was very nice. But the management let us down. We were forgotten at the airport, and it took several calls before they arranged a pickup. There was no real welcome when we arrived, or at any point during the week. Cleanliness needs attention too: there was hair on the floor and in the bed, and the towels weren't always clean or fresh smelling. The staff definitely needs a rethink.
