The hot tub was my one disappointment. It wasn't heated, and when the temperature fell below 65 degrees the water was freezing. I managed about 15 seconds in it, then had to get out. If you want to use it in cooler weather, bring a wetsuit. Everything else about my first stay in Greece was phenomenal. Savas, Nino, Sotiris, Chrysa, and the rest of the staff made me feel completely looked after. The views were outstanding, and the location is unbeatable, just steps from the heart of town with its food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment. Walking out and back was easy, even in heels.

Just returned from a holiday at Porto Mykonos. The hotel is stunning, with large, clean rooms and only a 5 minute walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Andreas, the front office manager, was so kind and helpful when two people in our group needed assistance. He really went above and beyond. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Mykonos!

A few things could be better at breakfast: more fresh fruit and hot vegetarian choices, such as cooked tomatoes, mushrooms, and baked beans, and the coffee machines kept stopping. Still, the view over the old town and sea while eating was absolutely amazing. Food and drinks are very expensive, as they seem to be everywhere in Mykonos, though what we tried was delicious. The mushroom gyros are especially worth trying. The location is incredible, with a short €2.50 bus ride from the airport and about a 15 minute walk after that. We chose not to pay €30 for a taxi. Town is around a 5 minute walk away. The infinity pool has comfortable loungers and stunning views. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything we needed, including toothbrushes, bottled water, coffee each day, and a balcony over the sea. The staff looked after us so well. I'd highly recommend Porto Mykonos.

The property has a beautiful pool, and town is less than a 10 minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay in the honeymoon suite, with friendly staff, a comfortable room, and two fantastic showers. The balcony views of the sea and sunset were breathtaking. The jet tub was nice, but it didn't work during our stay and wasn't heated. We also found the seafood on the room service menu unpalatable. Even so, it was a good experience overall.

As a hospitality manager myself, I was impressed by the service. The waiters were a delight, and everyone was among the friendliest people we've ever met, even though we travel a lot. They made our Mykonos trip the best experience, and we left so happy and grateful. This is the "oh my god hotel". The team is on another level of excellence, with so much care for guests. We'll definitely return because the experience and the love they show customers are worth it. 100% recommended!
