Batu Luxury Apartments

Dora & Giota were so friendly and helpful, with lots of recommendations. The apartments had everything we needed, and from there it’s an easy walk to the beach, bakery, and restaurants. Mytikas is a lovely quiet town, and its restaurants are fabulous. Our favourite was AGNANTI "GIANNIS RESTAURANT", where we ate twice. We were there for six nights at the end of September, had brilliant weather, and saw beautiful sunsets on the beach. We hired a car and drove to Preveza and Lefkada. We’d also highly recommend Alonaki Fanariou beach, about half an hour north of Mytikas, it’s beautiful. BATU came recommended by a friend, and we’d definitely stay again. It was our first time in Greece and we had a wonderful visit.

The hotel is in a peaceful spot, with beaches, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery all within walking distance. It’s beautifully designed, very clean, and looks just like the photos. Dora and Giota run it with real dedication and were so helpful with tips for nearby beaches and places to eat. Seeing them each morning was a pleasure, especially how excited they were to see our seven-month-old daughter. Breakfast from local bakeries is well worth trying. It felt like a familiar place, and we’ll definitely come back.

Batu Luxury Apartments is a bit out of the way, though not too far, and very quiet. The room was a good size, had air-conditioning, and was fantastically clean. The cleaner did a magnificent job. The manager was great and offered useful tips for pretty much anything, even helping us get a rental car. There are local food shops and four or five restaurants nearby. You’ll probably want a car, otherwise you can use taxis. I recommend staying here.

We spent one night at Batu Luxury Apartments before setting off on our sailing trip, and it was just right. The room was roomy and comfortable, with air-conditioning, and everything was well looked after. It was quiet, peaceful, and very clean, ideal for a relaxing night before sailing.
