The staff were really friendly, and although we hadn’t booked breakfast, they were happy to bring us morning brews and a slice of cake. It’s clean and in a great spot for the port, just don’t expect a five-star place. The beach is very close, with entry at 2.5 euros including sunbeds and umbrellas. I’d stay again.

It’s an easy walk to Old Town, the port, Mytilene Castle, and Plaz Beach. We enjoyed the little hotel and its convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you can get a lovely breakfast on the terrace for an extra charge. Check out Plaz Beach, and consider taking the ferry to Ayvalik, Turkey, for a day trip.

The staff were nice, and the location is convenient for the center, with amenities close by. There’s also a long beach near the hotel, with good facilities including showers, WCs, and changing rooms. Entry costs 2€ per person. The building is old, with high ceilings.

Orfeas Hotel is modest rather than luxurious, so I don’t understand complaints over small details or demands for more. The rooms are clean, especially the sheets, towels, and bathroom. You also get high ceilings, air conditioning, a small fridge, and fast Wi-Fi. The front-facing rooms have cute views, and the prices are great. It’s right in central Mitilini, next to the port and the lovely swimming spot Tsamakia Beach. Good price, clean rooms, and an ideal location are all I could ask for. Thanks to the staff for keeping this comfortable little place in good shape.

Great spot, very clean rooms, and such friendly, helpful people. Breakfast is cheap and tasty, especially the omelette!
