Theofilos Paradise Boutique Hotel

The stay was distressing, and I was counting the days until I could leave. I wouldn't return or recommend the hotel. The room I ended up in had stained sheets and hair on them, and there was hair on a towel too. The old, dusty A/C was stuck on cold despite the chilly, humid weather, and it made noise at night even when switched off. I wasn't using it. It took two days to get a proper duvet, and the shower and bathtub were falling apart. I had booked a Superior Double Room, but on arrival they gave me a cheaper Standard Double Room. Reception said both types were the same value, though the hotel's website suggests otherwise. They said the first room was more spacious, had a balcony, and was available because I arrived before check-in. When I offered to wait for the room I'd booked, the receptionist seemed uncomfortable and suggested other rooms that might be ready sooner. I chose another Standard Double Room, at least one with more sunlight, since the first was very dark. It left me with the impression that they may have overbooked the Superior rooms. The whole thing felt unprofessional and like a waste of money.

During my stay I had a small accident and sprained my leg, and the staff were very attentive. They were friendly, and I was very satisfied with the service and cleanliness. I spent one night there on 08.08.2025 and enjoyed it a lot. I wish there were more places to stay. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the taxi called to the hotel. The driver charged us two euros more than the meter fare at our drop-off point. To be fair, I don't think the hotel knew about it. Thanks very much.

The staff were rude, and the rooms were filthy, with body hair on the beds. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and the drain was clogged. This happened before with my tour group too. If you care about enjoying your time, don't come here.

We got there early, but everything was ready for us. The staff were friendly and very professional, and the service was excellent.
