The breakfast, included in the room fee, was fantastic, and the front desk lady, Vania I think, was lovely and so helpful. The rooms were very clean and beautiful, and it met all our expectations. Best spot, right on the main square. We’ll stay there again!

The staff are what make this place special. One receptionist even hand wrote recommendations for the rest of our trip around the Peloponnese. We tried almost everything she suggested, and it was all fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, though you can’t drive all the way to it. If you arrive by car, someone from the hotel will meet you nearby and help with your bags. Our only small issue was the tiny room we booked. It was lovely but had no storage and was smaller than I expected. I’d pay a bit more for one of the larger rooms for a perfect stay.

Breakfast arrived through complimentary room service, and the staff were so friendly. A wonderful hotel!

The view straight over Syntagma Square was perfect, and breakfast brought to our room was excellent. We all slept comfortably, and the bathroom amenities were lovely. My kids couldn't believe we only stayed one night and asked why it took us so long to get to Castellano.

The location is good and it was relatively clean, but the place feels worn and poorly looked after. You can hear everything, and the service came across as uninterested and dishonest. The AC wasn't working; no one mentioned it until we discovered the problem ourselves. They said it would be fixed the next day, but we stayed three nights and it never was. There were smelly drains and worn furniture too. This didn't come close to a 4-star standard.
