The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and was close to the center. I highly recommend it!

There are a few good things: the apartment is spacious and close to supermarkets and cafes. The air conditioners and water heater did what we needed, especially with the humidity on the first day, and the pillows were comfortable. But it's in an old apartment building, and that comes with a lot of drawbacks. The biggest issue was the lack of a secure door, or even a solid one. It was hollow and seemed easy to break, which made us feel unsafe when we left. We could also hear everything in the hallway, including talking, footsteps, a barking dog, and the elevators. The old sliding shutters didn't lock securely either, and let in outside noise and cold. The doorbell didn't work. The internet was hopelessly slow. The TV was very small, and its antenna kept losing reception in the wind, so the screen flashed and we couldn't watch anything. The bed was quite hard. The wardrobe was very old and poorly maintained, and its cabinet doors stayed open because there were no keys. I was also unhappy that the toilet paper had run out and hadn't been replaced, and that there were rotten oranges in the fridge. In its current condition, the apartment needs a radical renovation to live up to its rating and match the owners' photos. I don't think it should rate above 7 as it is. We generally got along well with the hosts, but when we asked for a late checkout, they only let us stay until 12:00, saying they had another booking. I checked online and in person, and there wasn't one. It was Ash Wednesday, and I couldn't see why anyone would have a booking at noon. It seemed they simply didn't want to accommodate us. Of course, that's their right.

We were really relaxed at the diamond in Izabella's guest house. It was a very spacious, fully equipped apartment, with a kitchen, a large fridge, boxes, and more. There was plenty of room for us, and we were given a place for our car. We rented it despite the many charges, and could drive the car right up under our balcony. From there we could reach central spots like the shopping center and MAPKET APENANTI, as well as lots of other places for coffee and food. The hosts were kind and helpful. They gave me a children's blanket and answered right away.

The room was clean and good, but not practical for families with strollers. The elevator is so narrow that you have to carry the baby in your arms.
