Clementina Paros

Room 9 was a junior suite with what seemed like a queen bed, a lovely harbor and sea view, and its own plunge pool. A sunset soak in the warm water after a day of sightseeing was magical. The rooms are new, gorgeous, and well kept, with a simple beach feel. Thoughtful extras included slippers, a personal loofah, a Nespresso machine, full size shower gel and shampoo, and plenty of bath, pool, and beach towels. Bring conditioner. There was also a rack on the terrace for drying swimsuits and damp towels, and they left us a bottle of white wine, which was so nice. There’s parking, and even the small basic automatic cars can get up the hill. Clementina is a few minutes outside the busy port, which worked perfectly for quiet nights. Paros is small and easy to get around, so don’t worry that it’s too far from the action. The main road connecting the port is nearby, and it’s an 8-10 minute walk downhill to Chora. Ladies, I’d wear flats. There aren’t sidewalks, and traffic makes walking along the main road awkward. There’s a shortcut: turn right when leaving the hotel along the dirt road behind the hotels, then take the long staircase on your left at Isabella Suites to reach the main road. Definitely use the stairs. The hotel arranged a car for us and had it delivered. The paperwork took less than five minutes. You’ll need one for mountain villages or beach hopping. We loved Monistary beach, both the area and the beach club, and would set aside a day each for Lefkes and Anti-Paros. We went in mid-May and didn’t have to wait or make reservations, though evenings were chilly then, so bring sweaters and pants.

We loved how peaceful it was while still being close to Naoussa for dinner and nightlife. The whole place has so much charm, with an authentic Greek look paired with modern comfort, and our room and the property were immaculate. From arrival on, we felt truly cared for. Nikos, the manager, was kind, attentive, and professional, and made everything easy. He shared local tips and arranged our port transfers. We’ll definitely be back.

Nikos made sure we were comfortable and helped with everything throughout our stay. The room was breathtaking and clean, but the host really made the experience. This is the best hotel stay I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return to Paros. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. 10/10!

Nikos stayed in touch with us and kindly arranged our transfers from the port. We had the pool apartment and another two-bedroom apartment upstairs, and both were even better than the pictures and exceeded our expectations. Amazing stay.
