The location was easily the best part, and the cleaners were very friendly. Reception was handled through WhatsApp and they were attentive, but when our power went out, we heard nothing until the next day. If something urgent happens after 4 p.m., forget it. Just imagine the refrigerator. The shower was broken too. We wanted to cook, but the kitchen was missing basic things like sugar, salt, and oil. There were pots but no tea bags, which felt a bit illogical. We also had to ask for shampoo because it apparently wasn’t considered a Booking.com basic.

Three friends and I stayed for 4 nights, and it was paradise. The staff were friendly and attentive, and reachable 24/7 on WhatsApp. The place was spotless, cleaned daily, and the towels were changed each day. It’s in a quiet area, about a 10-minute walk from the city center and port. I’ve recommended it and would happily stay again. I think the people who gave it 1 star are from the same group and are trying to hurt the accommodation’s reputation.

The five-person room felt cramped, and the stained yellow sheets and towels made us uncomfortable the whole time. We were counting down until we could leave. The woman who greeted us just passed over a key and wasn’t helpful or welcoming. Sadly, the stay fell far short of what we expected.

We had a great stay in a large, clean apartment right in the center, about 10 minutes from the port. The staff were friendly and reachable on WhatsApp if anything came up. They cleaned the room and changed the bedding daily. The shower curtain was a bit too short. I’d highly recommend staying here in Naxos, and don’t trust the fake reviews posted by the same group of people!

We were five people, and the room was nowhere near big enough. The photos made it look much more spacious, so that was a surprise from the start. We hoped at least it would be clean, but the sheets and towels had brown and yellow stains. When we politely asked for fresh sheets, nobody helped us, and the cleaning lady responded with irony. I’ve never stayed somewhere with such poor basic cleanliness. Very disappointing.
