Laguna Coast Resort, Small Luxury Hotels of the World

The food was wonderful, and the staff always had good drink suggestions and dining recommendations that helped us find authentic island experiences. They greeted us whenever we needed them and went out of their way to keep us comfortable and help fill our stay with activities. We loved the spa-like atmosphere at Laguna coast resort. If you’re staying in Náxos, don’t hesitate to book. Julia, Koralia, Eleni, and the rest of the team will make you feel at home.

The rooms are large, luxurious, and very comfortable, and the hotel itself is brand new. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and Michael was a great waiter. We enjoyed getting to know him. What really stood out was the welcome from the Laguna Coast Hotel staff. Koralia, Julia, and Eleni were amazing from the moment we arrived, arranging restaurant bookings, suggesting villages to visit, and finding drivers for us. We loved our stay in Naxos.

Laguna Coast hotel is new, clean, beautifully decorated, and has a spa-like feel. The staff were amazing and helped us map out our five days on the island, including restaurant suggestions. There’s a great driver, Bill, who can pick you up and take you back to the hotel, and we loved him. The location loses a star for us because it’s a little off the beaten path, about ten minutes from Naxos town and around seven from the beach town. We loved our stay and highly recommend booking here.

The front desk team were wonderful and handled our every need through WhatsApp. They’re a credit to the hotel. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel is brand new. Being a little away from restaurants and bars also made it quiet and peaceful during the day. The free electric bikes were a nice extra, though they should have been charged and had inflated tires. We had a good stay overall, so these are just comments for feedback. It sometimes felt like the end of the season: staff sat around on their phones, and we had to ask someone to come serve us. With things so quiet during the day, adding some atmosphere, perhaps music, could help. On my last morning, while working out in the gym, I saw a staff member shout at another staff member in front of guests. That was extremely unprofessional. I spoke to the owner afterward, and he reassured me these issues would be addressed.
