Having a private patio was a nice bonus, and the room was clean, with fresh sheets and towels. The bed was comfy, and there was a little space to keep food and water. Communication was easy, and we had hot water. It’s tucked away from the busy spots, so it was usually quiet. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more pillow options.

We couldn't try the restaurant, unfortunately. We visited early in the season and had the whole hotel to ourselves, with none of the street noise from the nearby road that was really loud. The room was fresh and clean, and the family who run the place were very friendly. They live upstairs.

Great value, and I’d happily stay again. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean, with generous amenities. The bathroom was lovely too, especially the strong water pressure.

A warm, clean and cozy family-run place. The owners were friendly, and it was great value for the money.

Stay far away. There was a theft during our stay in August 2013, and the owners showed apathy and indifference. Their relatives shouted at us and beat us, literally for the wood. When the police took fingerprints, they told us there were no signs of a break-in. The police stopped us from taking legal action. Nobody told us to contact the tourist police, and at the station they mocked us instead of taking the problem seriously or guiding us. The owners then wanted us to pay for the extra day we would no longer stay because of what had happened. They offered a receipt only for the advance payment made by bank. The family's "granddaughter" seemed to know every detail of some article or code saying they weren't liable for theft. We hadn't gone on vacation after finishing law school, unlike her, apparently. We had no valuables there. What was taken was our clothes, bags, perfume, flip-flops and bank cards. We'd left the cards behind for security so we wouldn't take them to the beach, and had to cancel them. We were left without cards until we got home and replaced them. These things may not count as valuables, but they were extremely expensive for students on a vacation paid for with our savings. I hear the shop is still operating, and is very expensive. Ten years later, the owner's remark, "ask your parents," still bothers me. We told her that after the theft we'd leave early and shouldn't have to pay. Wherever I go, I'll defame this particular business. The situation could have been handled differently, even though I would still hold them responsible for the theft, if they'd shown empathy and acted like professionals who wanted loyal customers. But apparently these are "fine" letters.
