The jacuzzi was the main reason I chose this place, so it was a letdown that it only got to 34-35 Celsius even after I followed the directions. It was too cold to use much. The bathroom also lacks privacy: a large window by the toilet can be seen through from both the bedroom and outside. It wasn’t a huge issue, though I think privacy film would help. On the plus side, the rooms are artistic, modern, and very clean. Jeanine was friendly, helpful, and always available. The location is great, close to town and within walking distance of a lot.

The host gave us a lovely welcome, and the room was beautiful. Great view and close to everything. I’d stay again.

We booked knowing we hadn’t selected a sea view, and the property messaged us afterward to confirm that. But the listing never explained what the “city view” actually meant. It was a dirty alley view, at best, and calling it “city” is misleading. The photos, including the exterior and hot tubs, don’t match this side of the property. Our ground-floor hot tub was very small and exposed to people passing through the back street alley and going to nearby apartments. It felt like bathing in the middle of a dirty street while people awkwardly tried not to look. The neighboring suite’s tub was only a couple of metres away, so both couples had to deal with sitting at street level, watching each other. I strongly recommend avoiding the “city view” and suggest changing the listing name to “street-level view.” I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such an odd and uncomfortable setup, and it had a hugely negative effect on our stay.

Back for my second stay, this time for a month after spending 2 5 weeks here last time. The luxury room is beautifully designed, with a stunning view and clean, functional spaces. The beds are very comfortable, and the service is superb. Exceptional, as always.
