Eliza Hotel by Panel Hospitality

The staff made the biggest difference. They were cheerful, kind, and always around when we needed them, which made the stay really pleasant. The interior and cleanliness are on another level, and we also loved the pool and the cocktails at the bar. Looking forward to coming back. Greetings from Serbia.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend the place. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help, and the housekeeping was excellent. The ladies keeping the rooms clean deserve congratulations, and I hope they’re well compensated. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and I liked that something new was brought out each day, though some pancakes would have been nice. There’s air conditioning in the room and a small pool, which we didn’t use. Street parking was plentiful, and the hotel is close to the beach, mini-markets, and center. A few things could be better: the mattress was too soft, the shower was so small I could barely move in it at 65 kg, and the bathroom overall could use some improvements for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The reception lady and the rest of the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We liked having breakfast around the pool, and daily room cleaning with fresh towels was a real plus. There was plenty of street parking right in front, and the beach was about 100 meters away. The mattress was too soft, the shower was cramped, and there were no insect screens on the balcony door. Still, it’s a very nice hotel and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Nei Poroi. I’d like to come back.

The place was perfectly clean, and I found enough to eat at breakfast, though it could be better. What really stood out was the amazing service from everyone working there. We felt at home, and I hope the people who work here are appreciated because they’re truly wonderful. We can’t wait to come back next summer.
