Be aware, we canceled our vacation for personal reasons during the free cancellation period, but the hotel still charged us and has not refunded the payment. More than 45 day later, they’ve stopped responding and we can’t get in touch with them. On the phone they kept saying they would refund us, but nothing happened, and now they’re not responding. This was all after we canceled through booking within the free cancellation period.

The rooms were very clean and the location was great. The owners are wonderful, always smiling and ready to help with anything. We’ll miss them, and we’ll definitely come back. There’s honestly nothing I can fault about this place. Best Hotel in Neoi Poroi!! I recommend it to anyone.

The location was decent, but the owner didn’t honor the check-in arrangements. There was barely any water pressure, and no WiFi.

I really liked how clean the place was, and the girl at reception was lovely. It’s close to the sea, and the room had AC, a TV, towels, soap and a fridge.

The internet connection was poor, which was the only drawback. Otherwise, it was a really nice stay, with welcoming owners and small rooms that were clean and comfortable.
