Marina, the owner, welcomed us with iced coffee and ice cream, and the place was very clean. There are only a few parking spots, but enough. The sea and two shops with everything you might need are about a five-minute walk away. Our room had a little kitchen with all the basics and a tiny bathroom stocked with soap, towels and shower gel. The balcony was spacious, with a table and chairs for meals outside. The stairs are rather narrow if you have children, and you can hear quite a lot from the other rooms. We happened to have quiet neighbors, though that seems to be common in villas like this. A clean, pleasant place overall.

Mrs. Marina is wonderful, and she looks after each family with warmth and care. The apartments are clean and the hospitality is lovely. She still gives guests that home-like welcome, which is rare in Nea Pora. A perfect ten.

Marina was there for us from the moment we arrived, even though we'd booked just two days beforehand. She answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. The studio and apartment were spotless, down to the fresh, unstained, intact bed linen. For families, there was a cot and a stroller available. When we got a flat tire and wanted to replace it so we'd have a spare for the return trip, Marina went with my husband to the tire repair shop. Later, our child was crying, and she came over, offered to put up a swing and brought ice cream. She also pointed us toward good gyros, cheaper shops and the larger stores, and even gave us a store catalog. She made our stay so much easier. If you're heading to Nei Pori, I'd choose Marina's place.

Marina ❤️ and her husband Dino 💙 are warm, hardworking, honest hosts. Marina is originally from Niš. The apartments are comfortable and well equipped, with balconies, and you can park right in front of the house. We had an ideal family holiday and wholeheartedly recommend it. 👍
