Cormoranos Apartments

The homemade breakfasts were wonderful, and a special thank you to Mrs. Maria for making them for us every morning. The residence has a lovely pool and a well-kept garden, and our apartment had air conditioning and everything we needed. The beds were made daily and the sheets changed periodically. Thanks also to the owner, Mr. Stratis, who was always around and ready to help with any request. We absolutely recommend this place for a fantastic holiday in Crete!

The beach is just a few steps away, and it's very private. The water is warm, and the sea has a different personality every day. Aqua shoes are helpful, though! We weren't interested in sightseeing and found the beach a great choice. We just got home from Cormoranos Apartments, and I'd love to return. Stratis is a wonderful owner who goes above and beyond for guests. Maria makes generous breakfasts with something different each day, a great introduction to Greek food, and she's a lovely person as well as a great cook. Irini keeps the house spotless and does it with a smile.

Our stay was lovely, and the whole family is very friendly. The apartment has two big balconies, and while the kitchen is small, it works fine for cooking for two with a bit of creativity. It was cleaned every day, and nights were quiet enough for good sleep. Breakfast at 7 euros per person was very good. It's out in the countryside, but there are a few tavernas a short walk away. The nearby beach isn't especially pretty, though it's nice for walks. We'd come back :)

It was easy to find, peaceful and quiet, with the beach less than a five-minute walk away and a nice pool on site. The apartments were spotless and had enough room for our luggage and other things. We loved the excellent homemade breakfast served on the private terraces, and the friendly service made it good value for money. The nearby restaurants and taverns are quite pricey, but the quality is high. A great choice for couples or families. We'll definitely return!
