We spent our honeymoon here, and George and Nick made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, lovely, and clean, with everything equipped for a stay. We had a magnificent sea view from the balcony, and there’s parking on-site. If you’re visiting Chania, this should be your first choice.

The owner was incredibly nice, but I do think rental apartments need a different approach to cleanliness. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and after going in barefoot once, I got a wart. Several weeks later I’m still dealing with it, which is incredibly annoying. The plates in the kitchen looked as if they’d only been rinsed, with dried food left on them. Whenever I took one out, I had to soak it, scrape the residue off, and wash it myself. Cleanliness had been presented as a real selling point, so this was disappointing.

We felt welcomed from the start with refreshments, and local treats kept appearing during our stay. The hosts were warm, responsive, and always available, with a real interest in making us comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy, and all the instructions were clear. The villa was exactly like the photos, spotless and cozy. We highly recommend staying here. Thanks for the hospitality!

We spent 11 days here as four guests and really enjoyed how quiet it was. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location. The hosts were very kind and even gave us a rustic cottage. There’s a washing machine, with detergent and soap for personal and household use. The place and the whole Chiania province were fantastic.
