Alexander's Suites

The accommodations felt traditional and authentic, while still having all the conveniences you could need. We had amazing views and great service. It was always easy to get in touch with them, and they answered our room questions, shared local tips and directions to the best spots, and arranged airport transfers. The castle is a quick walk away, with great views of the blue dome churches. I’d stay again in a heartbeat!

We left just two hours after checking in because the property didn’t match the pictures on booking.com, and we didn’t feel safe there. The place was very old, with a floor that looked long overdue for replacement and many rusty items. The family room was so cramped there wasn’t even room for a cot, and the bathroom was also very old. There was no Wi-Fi or network connection inside the room, and the pool they advertised was far from the place we stayed. When we raised our concerns with Booking.com, the property said they’d offered us an upgrade, but they hadn’t. They also said they were full. We were travelling with our one-year-old, and they weren’t kind or considerate.

The staff member working there was incredibly kind and hardworking. Each morning they brought us a fresh, tasty breakfast with lots of variety at our table on the patio. We also had a private hot tub on the patio, lovely and hot, with an unbelievable sea view. Our cave room at Alexander suites was stunning, with antique details, super comfortable clean beds, and a wonderfully cool cave-style shower. The shower gel they provided smelled amazing, the best hotel body wash I’ve ever used! The view was unbelievable, and the hotel was in a great area near the popular photo spots. I had such a great stay and would definitely come back to Santorini and stay here again. Thank you so much! 🤗🤗

The rooms were really spacious, and the property felt luxurious. We had an incredible view of oia, and the jacuzzi made the stay even better. Big thanks to niky and Jorge, such lovely people who made the experience even better.
