Blu Bianco Cave House is in the best location, and the house was very clean with daily maid service. The host met us at the drop-off point, then he and another porter carried our luggage on their backs to the apartment. They also brought beach towels for our boat trip one day and were quick to reply and helpful with directions. I loved sitting outside by the sea, but the wooden chairs were uncomfortable and one was very wobbly. The beanbag-style chairs were better, and we enjoyed breakfast and espresso at the table and bench. The washing machine is tiny, and there’s no dryer, so we used the outdoor clothesline, which was fine. The double bed was uncomfortable for two, so I slept in one of the twin beds in the second room.

The team was kind and easy to reach by text for pickups and taxis. The place is beautiful, quiet, and clean, with a gorgeous terrace view that made waking up there feel like a treat. The kitchen had the basics, and the air conditioning worked well. It’s a two-minute walk up some stairs to the main street, but far enough from the road that you don’t feel surrounded by people. I highly recommend it. It was my best travel experience.

The staff were very attentive, and the house had lots of thoughtful touches. It’s a little small, but comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, and the photos from both the front door and up close are great. A really good option for staying in Oia.
