The staff are what made Domes Novos Santorini such a wonderful hotel for us. Elektra and the front desk team were helpful from arrival to checkout, the bell staff and housekeeping were always ready to assist, and Glykeria gave us great advice and sorted out reservations. Anatoli and the team made breakfast with that beautiful view a treat each morning. Christos made a great martini on our first night, then Eleni made one just as good on the last. We couldn’t pick a winner. The location worked really well too. It’s just down the hill from Oia, so the walk into town is easy, but you can get away from the crowds. There’s plenty of parking for a rental car or buggy. Our room was spacious and having a private pool made it feel magical. We’ve just checked out and are already sad to leave.

It’s about a 15 minute walk up the hill to Oia, which was a nice way to get some space from the crowds in the morning or at day’s end. There’s also a free shuttle a couple of times daily if you’d rather ride. The hotel was clean and well kept, breakfast had lots of good options, and the staff were ready to help with anything. Great service. Highly recommend.

We only stayed two nights, and leaving was hard. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the service was the best I’ve had. Our room was spotless and had a gorgeous view. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Santorini.

We returned for our 10 year anniversary and had an amazing visit. The food and views were lovely, and everyone from the housekeepers and bell staff to the restaurant team went beyond what we expected. Christina, Eliana, Nicolai, and Christus deserve a big thank you. We love you all, from the Gegner family. We’re planning to come every year now instead of waiting another 10.

The rooms and views were excellent, and the food was good too. Breakfast came with the stay, with both à la carte and buffet choices. What stood out most was the staff: professional, friendly, and pleasant, and they went out of their way for us, even making some paid services complimentary. A wonderful experience, highly recommended.
