Santorini Secret Suites & Spa

The breakfasts had a huge range of fresh, flavorful options, and dinner at the hotel one night was spectacular. When we ate elsewhere, the staff listened to what we wanted and gave us great recommendations. The meal service felt personal, and the caldera views made the atmosphere lovely. We were three siblings’ couples traveling together, and the caring, professional staff made us feel very well looked after. The facilities were great, the views spectacular, and the location in Oia ideal. There are plenty of steps, as there are around most of Oia, but we managed fine and joked that they helped us work off our meals. Thanks, Nicholas and Kostas. We’ll stay here again when we return to Santorini.

The pools were lovely and pleasantly heated, and breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices. We were also surprised with a room upgrade, and throughout the stay the staff paid close attention and made sure we had what we needed. They were waiting outside when we arrived, ready to help and greet us warmly. From then on, the service was thoughtful and caring. We couldn’t have asked for a better visit, and would recommend it for a comfortable, luxurious stay with great hospitality.

The hotel is an easy walk from everything, with a 10/10 location and what I’d call the best view in Santorini. Our room’s private hot tub, the service, and breakfast all get 10/10 too. Housekeeping came two or three times a day to bring water and replace towels. Kostas, the hotel manager, deserves a mention. His hospitality was top-notch and made the place feel like home. I have nothing to complain about.

We spent a lot of time simply taking in the caldera and the Santorini sunsets from our private terrace, with the Aegean stretching out in front of us. The suite was spacious and beautifully designed, and the private hot tub and amenities made it feel like a quiet little retreat. We also enjoyed the infinity pool and a spa treatment, surrounded by the island’s calm and beauty. The staff made a point of handling every request with care and adding personal touches throughout our visit. From our arrival at Santorini Secret Suites, they made us feel welcome. It’s more than a hotel stay we’ll remember fondly, and we can’t recommend it enough.
