The breakfast had plenty to choose from the menu, and the team helped us arrange a rental car. The gym was clean and well equipped, and massages are available, though we didn't have time to try one. Our room was spectacular, especially the double room with a private pool. Staff were kind and welcoming, and the property felt peaceful. They kept up with the small things each day, cleaning the room, changing towels and linens, and topping up water and coffee. They even gave each of us a bottle of water when we checked out. We felt at home and would gladly return. I'd recommend Adorno to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at Adorno with my best friend in September, and the people there made me happy at every turn. I work in hospitality, so I know how much effort it takes to make guests feel good. Everyone, from reception to the woman who cleaned our room, was lovely. They made me feel at home and at the heart of their world. Everything was fantastic, from the location to the staff. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Thank you again.

We had problems throughout our stay at Adorno. Our airport transfer never showed up, the sinks were blocked, there was mould in the shower, and some amenities didn't work. We repeatedly asked for basic items and got no response. Maintenance staff also entered our private pool area without warning, which felt like a breach of our privacy. When we raised everything, the hotel offered a voucher, even after we explained we wouldn't be returning to Greece. They wouldn't refund us, and now they've stopped replying. For a property presented as luxury, the service was incredibly disappointing.

The pool could have been heated, since it would have been useful in slightly cooler weather. We stayed in the Premium Maisonette with a private pool. The hotel is right on Adorno beach, with a private entrance you can use to walk down to the beach. Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly.

We arrived on 13/08/2024 for eight nights, and the airport transfer was prompt, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel was bright and extremely clean, with a great spot for anyone who likes being near the beach and restaurants. The cleaning team were so friendly and kept our room in tip-top shape. Breakfast was included, fresh and delicious, and the breakfast staff were amazing too. At reception, there were always friendly faces ready to help, and they accommodated all our needs. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
