The location worked really well, just a short walk to Ornos Beach and the bus stand, so getting around was easy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a great range of food. Our room at Mykonos Essence was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom. We did notice the bathroom door had no lock, which could matter for families with children. The views from the hotel were stunning. One thing to bear in mind is the steep road up to it, which could be difficult for seniors or families with strollers, though that's common for Mykonos hotels with great views. We highly recommend Mykonos Essence for its amenities and location.

The island is small, quaint, cute, and very picturesque. Getting to the hotel means walking up a looonnnggg hill if you don't have transfer service from the ferry. The rooftop restaurant has lovely views, but closes at 5pm. After that, they only serve pizza and toast, so make plans for eating ahead of time. Rooms are modern, the wifi is high speed, and for the price these are very nice accommodations.

We had a beautiful room with an amazing view for our wedding anniversary. The hotel even decorated the bed with rose petals and left a bottle of rose. The pool was beautiful, and our room was spotless every day thanks to Irini, who was lovely. Thimidris at the bar was charming and has a wonderful personality, a real asset to the hotel. Panos was also very helpful arranging a taxi. My one small complaint is that the receptionist seemed a little grumpy at breakfast, and a few other guests commented on it too. Hopefully a bit of training will help her be as friendly, polite, and helpful as the others. Thanks again to Irini, Thimidris, and Panos, little gems at the hotel.

It was a quiet hotel, and the view from our room was beautiful. The pool was clean and lovely, and breakfast was great. Irini, who cleaned our room, couldn't do enough for us, and Panos at reception was helpful. The only downside was the breakfast lady, who could perhaps be more pleasant with customers. What a gem of a place!

We had a great stay, and the staff were lovely. The beds are huge, so sharing with my friend was really comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, which gets sun for most of the day, and both breakfast and the daytime menu, with its tasty food and good variety. It's about a seven-minute walk to a lovely beach where you can rent loungers. For Mykonos, we had to go to the main road and hail a cab, but that worked fine for us most evenings and we always managed to get one. I can't thank the staff enough for such a wonderful experience!
