Korina Studios

The location was ideal, with everything close by and the beaches reachable in about a five-minute walk. Our air-conditioned studio had a kitchen, bathroom and a stunning balcony view. The owner was really helpful whenever we needed something, and we enjoyed our stay :)

Our flight plans caused a delay at checkout, but the owner kindly waited to welcome us and hand over the key. The clean, well-kept room had air conditioning, and the location in Palaiokastritsa was great, about two minutes from the beach and all the services. I’d definitely recommend it.

Korina Studios was a lovely place to stay, especially in October when it was quiet. It’s well located near the market and main beach, and our small terrace was great for breakfast or sitting outside in the evening to enjoy the view. The room was cleaned daily, and free bathroom and beach towels were very helpful when travelling with unregistered luggage. Korina picked us up from the airport late at night after our flight, which was a big favour. She’d also left cold water, coffee and tea in the fridge for us. The only drawback was that the room had just one door-window and got a little dark in the early evening. The good weather meant we spent most of our time outdoors, so it didn’t bother us. I’d recommend it to people who aren’t expecting luxurious conditions.

We felt comfortable here and hope to come back to Paleo. Our balcony room was simple, quaint and clean, with room for two, or perhaps three at a push. The bathroom and kitchen were small but worked for us. There’s no pool, which didn’t matter with the beaches so close. The location is quiet, just up a lane from Kathy supermarket. Korina was a lovely host and often around to help. She even picked us up from the airport free of charge. There was fruit and a few sweets in the kitchen when we arrived, and mosquito nets over the beds, though after the first night we didn’t feel we needed them. The taxi back to the airport cost £45 Euro. Thank you, Korina x
