Armony Suites Milos

We spent 10 days here and loved how calm it was. The staff were so friendly and ready to help, and our spacious, clean room had a lovely terrace. Breakfast was fantastic too. One of Milos’s best beaches is an easy walk away, with a beach bar and three really good restaurants. The port, supermarkets and more restaurants are about a 15-minute drive. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Room 106 had loads of space, a comfortable bed, and an incredible view. It was clean and exactly the kind of quiet place we wanted to unwind. The area is a little removed from everything, but with a rental car you can get around the island in minutes. Breakfast was a real highlight: the Greek eggs, cheese omelette, and pancakes with fruit and chocolate were all delicious. Thanks to Elena at reception and Costas, our housekeeper, for being so kind and accommodating. They made our stay memorable. Adamads port, with its restaurants and small boutiques, is about a 15-minute drive away.

The balcony was huge, with a sofa, table and chairs, and the jacuzzi was lovely at night. We also had a roomy shower with two shower heads, plus a bag with two beach towels. Breakfast had plenty of good options. The welcome at their other property, Volcano.., was warm, and the girl there explained the area, island and restaurants and said they’d help with anything we needed. Great value, and the stay really made our trip to Milos.

I booked the wrong place through Expedia, choosing the Armony hotel, which has the same owners. We cancelled less than 15 minutes later, but only then realized the reservation was non-refundable. Expedia contacted the hotel for us, explaining how briefly we had held the room and that it had since been booked again. The owner made an exception to the policy and gave us a full refund. That was excellent customer service.
