Deluxe Suite - Mykonos

We celebrated my birthday with a large group of friends at Mykonos Panormos Villas, and came away with unforgettable memories. We’d happily return. Angela, Mary, and the whole team were caring, flexible, professional, and quick to respond, both while we planned and during the stay. Everything agreed during negotiations was honoured, which gave us confidence and peace of mind in organising a complex group trip. We were staying there, not arranging catering. The villas were clean and comfortable for our group, and the team quickly helped with anything we needed. We also arranged extra overnight security as an additional part of the agreement. Mykonos can be very dark at night, especially around villas, and having that support gave our large group a real sense of comfort and peace of mind. A special thanks to Angela, Mary, and everyone for their hospitality and care.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The photos on Google and Booking bore no resemblance to what we actually got. Maybe the other villas are better, but ours was awful, and I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel. We weren’t told there would be just two bathrooms for six people. There wasn’t a mirror anywhere in our villa or room, not even in the bathroom, and there were no toothbrushes or bathrobes. The cleaning felt dirty and unprofessional: there was hair on the bed, towels and sheets were rarely changed, and the cleaning that was meant to happen every two days was delayed until late evening. The biggest problem was breakfast. We were clearly told it would arrive between 9 and 10 a.m., but it actually came at 11 or even 12, with huge delays. Our expectations and the reality were completely different.

**DO NOT STAY HERE. A disappointing stay with serious security concerns** I felt the property wasn’t secure enough from the moment I arrived. One evening, I went out to explore the area and came back to find I’d been robbed. My belongings were scattered, and several valuable items were missing. It was deeply unsettling, and I couldn’t shake the feeling of being vulnerable. I reported it to the host, but their response gave me little reassurance. I felt dismissed instead of offered support or solutions. It was very obvious to me that management was somehow involved. The lack of proper security turned what could have been an enjoyable holiday into a nightmare. No amount of charm or amenities can make up for feeling unsafe. I hope the host takes this seriously so no one else goes through what I did. This stay fell far below my expectations, and I urge anyone considering the property to think twice.

We had total privacy and two lovely verandas that we enjoyed throughout the day and at night. The private pool was spotless, and there was a nice view over Pànormos bay. The villa was quiet, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. You can also get food delivered from almost any restaurant on the island. The cleaning staff were very kind, and the staff were always willing to help with any issue. Thanks, Stàvros!
