Lucy made us feel at home right away, with a warm welcome and helpful advice whenever we needed it. Our room was cozy, had what we needed, and came with a lovely balcony view. The guesthouse was clean and charming, an easy walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. We felt relaxed throughout our stay. For a peaceful, authentic visit to Crete, Pension Lucy is a great choice. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.

For two people, this room is okay for the price. It would be better with a veranda, though.

Our sea-view room had lovely sunrises and sunsets, and we spent plenty of time relaxing on its roomy balcony. The clothesline came in handy for drying beachwear during our two-week stay. Lucy’s Pension is a peaceful base, with restaurants, shops, and several beaches just steps away. Lucy was welcoming and has made it a great place to explore the island from. We’d happily come back to Crete just to stay here again.

The beds were the main letdown for me. Getting a good night's sleep matters a lot on vacation, and the mattresses really need improvement. Also, avoid the apartments facing the main road if you can, since the noise means you have to shut the windows at night. The apartments on the other side are wonderful. The apartment was otherwise spotless and very well kept, and the owner was kind and always available to help with what we needed.

Lucy was so kind and ready to help before we even had to ask. The place was spotless, with a warm feel and a quiet setting. Wonderful hospitality. I’ll definitely return. Keep it up, kindness like this is rare.
