Sofia Luxury Villas

We already recommended the villas to people around us. There were very few reviews before we booked, so trusting the owner with our whole Crete vacation turned out to be the best bet ever. We felt at home, and Sofia and Giorgos were welcoming and caring. Whenever we had a question or a request, they responded diligently. The villa design is impressive, with privacy between the villas. They’re fully equipped, have a nice pool, and offer a great sea view. The location makes it easy to explore the island, near the E75, and only a few minutes’ walk from Panormo, where there are beaches, restaurants and groceries. We ate really good food in the tavernas, especially at Kastro. We had an amazing time in Crete.

Sofia and Giorgos were gracious, friendly hosts who shared a lovely property with us. The villas offer five-star accommodation, with incredible views and privacy. It’s a beautiful, impeccably maintained complex, and we highly recommend Sofia's Luxury Villas.

We were so sad to leave. Sofia Luxury Villa gave our honeymoon such a wonderful start, even though we had another lovely villa waiting in Santorini. We arrived late in September, after picking up our car at Chania airport, and Sofia and Gorgios were still patiently waiting for us. They had a bottle of fizz, a homemade Greek Salad, a beautiful happy honeymoon cake in the fridge, and a decanter of cold Raki ready. They looked after us throughout the stay and were there in person within minutes whenever we needed anything. When a ferry strike meant we might be stranded, they helped us arrange an extra night at the last minute. Before we left, they gave us raki and oil made from their own grapes and Olives. The villa itself was beautiful, spotless and new, looking right out to sea. Panormos is a picture-perfect village, with small authentic streets winding down to the sea, bakeries, tavernas and very good restaurants. There are some tourists, but it’s quiet compared with the usual bigger spots. The villas are a five-minute walk from town. Such wonderful people and a special place.

Sofia and Giorgos were very kind and made every effort to make our stay convenient. The brand new accommodation was fully equipped and had an excellent view and a nice swimming pool. Panormos is only a few minutes’ walk away, Rethymnon is a 20-minute drive, and there are plenty of beaches around.
