The breakfasts were poor, and you can find much better elsewhere. The kitchen can’t keep up, and the food isn’t always fresh.

The staff were decent, but the rooms were horrible. The bathroom ventilation didn’t work, there was dried blood on my pillow, and half the things were broken or didn’t work properly. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I stayed at Viktoria Inn, just two seconds from Hotel Viktoria, not at the hotel itself. The staff were really rude. We couldn’t even leave our room in peace because the women cleaning were screaming hysterically at us. We had no clean sheets for seven days and there was no air conditioning. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They should be ashamed.

The Wi-Fi was bad. The staff are a little crazy, but the quality of the service kind of makes up for it.
