Livadia Seaside Studios 12

Our stay at Livadia Seaside Studios was excellent. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the spotless rooms were in a peaceful yet central spot near Parikia. It’s right on the beach, too. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay on Paros!

Harry was the best, and the value for money was amazing. It’s two minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the port and centre. Very clean and comfortable, thank you. You’ll see us again!

Harry made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and throughout the week he was quick to answer messages, help with transport questions, and suggest places to eat and things to do on Paros and Antiparos. The location worked really well too: peaceful and close to the water, with a beach, shops, restaurants, and the port all an easy walk away. The four of us had plenty of space, and the studio was cleaned and given fresh linens halfway through our stay. We all loved it and wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else.

The fridge switched off during the day, so we couldn't keep anything in it. There were also drain flies in the room, and the electric zapper kept waking us through the night when we left it on. The host may say the blue light attracts insects, but the flies were already inside. I'd like to see some steps taken to deal with them, like putting bleach down the drain.
