That reception interaction really took away from our time in Paros. On the day we arrived, every other guest seemed to have a room ready, while we were left waiting, even though we'd asked ahead whether an early check-in, two hours before the usual time, might be possible. The reply we'd received was an automatic, neutral one. When I asked other guests, none had requested an early check-in. The woman at reception just made a face and told us to leave our phone number. No apology or explanation, just the same sour expression. She acted as if we were bad guests who'd done something wrong, both that day and on our last day. After two full trips to Greece, this was the worst welcome we'd had there. It felt nothing like the welcoming Greek culture we're used to.

Theodora was so pleasant and helpful, and even got us checked in a little early. Our room was spotless, and the hotel looked almost new and was super clean. It's near the port with views of it, but the area was much quieter than I expected. From here you can walk by the beach, take a bus, or head into the Old Town for cafés and restaurants. For the location, price, rooms, and staff, I'd give this hotel five stars.

Check-in was simple since we'd already done it online and only had to give our name. Getting from the hotel entrance to our room was easy, and the lobby and hallway smelled heavenly. We'll make this our go-to hotel on our next trip to Paros.

Despite being right by the port in a busy area, the room was surprisingly quiet at night. It was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with air conditioning, a hairdryer, small toiletry packs, a fridge, and a big TV. I'd read comments about the bathrooms being small, but it didn't bother me at all. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. We had a wonderful stay and I'd happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting.

The windows did a great job blocking sound, so our room stayed very quiet even though the hotel is near the busy port and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful.
